Visualizing everyday movements such as standing, walking, and sitting through data.The event provided an opportunity to explore new possibilities for health support through conversations with participants.

yocto Co., Ltd. participated in a healthcare event held for the Fujitsu Group, where we introduced a physical condition visualization experience using yoctoStabiFit.

During the event, participants experienced how everyday movements such as standing, walking, and sitting can be visualized as data and reviewed on the spot.
The experience encouraged interest in understanding physical condition from a more objective perspective.

We also introduced features currently used in the yoga field, including before-and-after comparison functions and online support capabilities, and exchanged ideas on how physical condition data could be continuously monitored and shared over time.
In addition, we shared our efforts related to visualizing changes in everyday movement as part of broader initiatives focused on frailty prevention.

Participants commented that the initiative was

“interesting,” that it
“has the potential to expand into various applications,” and that
“visualizing data makes it easier to understand.”

The event became an opportunity to discuss the value of making physical condition visible through data, beyond simply conducting measurements.

As approaches to workplace health support continue to evolve, the event also highlighted growing interest in new health experiences that make use of data.

“立つ・歩く・座る” をデータで見える化。来場者との対話を通じて、健康支援の新たな可能性を共有しました。

ヨクト株式会社は、富士通グループ向けに開催されたヘルスケアイベントへ参加し、
yoctoStabiFitを活用した身体状態の可視化体験を実施しました。

当日は、“立つ・歩く・座る” といった日常動作をデータとして可視化し、
その場で確認できる体験をご紹介しました。

身体状態を客観的に捉える体験に関心を持っていただく機会となりました。

また、ヨガ領域で活用しているbefore/after比較機能やオンライン対応機能についてもご紹介し、
継続的に身体状態を確認・共有できる活用イメージについて意見交換を行いました。
あわせて、フレイル予防を中心とした取り組みの一環として、日常動作の変化を可視化する重要性についてもお伝えしました。

来場者からは、

「面白い取り組みですね」
「可能性が広がりそう」
「さまざまな場面で活用できそう」

といったご意見もいただき、単なる測定ではなく、
“身体状態をデータで見える化すること” の価値について対話を深める時間となりました。

企業における健康支援のあり方が広がる中で、データを活用した新たな健康体験への関心の高まりも感じられるイベントとなりました。
