We are excited to announce the release of "yoctoStabiFit," a new application that enables the measurement of the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test and other physical function evaluations using "yoctoMat®."

■ What is yoctoStabiFit

"yoctoStabiFit" is an application that utilizes the IoT smart mat "yoctoMat®" to support mobility assessment and fall risk evaluation, particularly for elderly individuals.
Traditionally, TUG tests were conducted manually using stopwatches and observation. However, with the integration of sensor technology, this app enables precise and automated measurement.

■ Key Features

Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test

・Measures the motion of standing up, walking a set distance, turning, and sitting back down.
・The yoctoMat® sensors automatically detect movement and measure TUG time.
・Measurement data is recorded and can be compared with past records.

One-Leg Standing Test with Open Eyes

・Measures balance by recording how long the user can stand on one leg.
・The yoctoMat® detects foot contact status and automatically starts/stops the measurement.
・Results are recorded and can be used to monitor changes over time.

Five-Times Sit-to-Stand Test

・Measures the motion of standing up and sitting down, repeated five times.
・The yoctoMat® sensors automatically detect the number of repetitions and measure the duration.
・Measurement data is recorded and can be compared with past records.

■ yoctoStabiFitとは

「yoctoStabiFit」は、IoTスマートマット「yoctoMat®」を活用し、
歩行能力や転倒リスク評価をサポートするアプリです。
従来、ストップウォッチや目視による手動測定が一般的でしたが、
センサー技術を活用することで、より正確かつ自動的に測定が可能になりました。

■ 主な機能

【TUGテスト（Timed Up and Go）】

・椅子から立ち、指定の距離を歩いて戻り、再び椅子に座る動作を測定。
・yoctoMat®のセンサーが動きを検知し、TUG時間を自動計測。
・測定データを記録し、過去の記録と比較可能。

【開眼片脚立位時間テスト】

・片足で立ち、バランスを保つ時間を測定。
・yoctoMat®が足の接地状態を検出し、自動測定。 
・測定結果を記録し、経過をモニタリング可能。

【5回立ち上がりテスト】

・椅子から立ち上がり、座る動作を5回繰り返し測定。
・yoctoMat®のセンサーが立ち上がり回数と時間を自動計測。
・測定データを記録し、過去の記録と比較可能。
